What’s being built
Rocky Harbour, inside Gros Morne National Park, is getting a new water supply with $6.96 million in funding over 2026 to 2028. The scope covers source development and well drilling, watermain installation, pumping and mechanical works, plus the electrical and instrumentation to run it. Working in and around a national park adds environmental conditions to the job, but it is steady multi-season work in a part of the province that rarely sees any.
