What’s being built
Canada Lands Company is redeveloping the former Pleasantville military lands into somewhere between 1,000 and 1,300 homes. Phase 2 is at the stage of finding builder partners, and construction could begin as early as 2026 with first occupancy around 2028. No capital value has been published. Residential work of this size is usually let in packages, which suits smaller framing, plumbing and electrical crews rather than one big contractor.
