Two funded municipal packages in Gander — $2.69 million on Cotton Street and $2.97 million on Sullivan Avenue — replacing water and sewer infrastructure between 2026 and 2028. Work like this is the bread and butter of local civil crews: excavation, pipe laying, backfill, and paving reinstatement, with traffic control throughout. It is smaller than the headline projects but it is real, funded and close to home for central Newfoundland workers.
