What’s being built
The Come By Chance refinery operates today as a renewable fuels plant. A Phase II expansion aimed at sustainable aviation fuel has been talked about publicly, but it has not been sanctioned and no cost or schedule has been released, so nothing should be read into it as a hiring signal yet. What the site does generate reliably is turnaround work — pipefitting, welding, millwrighting, insulation and scaffolding on a maintenance cycle.
